Terms of Service

Last updated 28 September 2026

1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of PT2C, a client management tool for personal trainers, operated by Sebastian Somogyi (trading as a sole trader, United Kingdom). By creating an account or using PT2C, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.

2. What PT2C is

PT2C is software that helps personal trainers manage their clients, build training programmes, schedule sessions, and review check-ins. PT2C is a software tool only — it does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice, and does not vet, supervise, or endorse any trainer using the platform. Any training advice, programming, or guidance you receive comes from your PT, not from PT2C.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to create a PT account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account. If you're a PT inviting clients onto the platform, you're responsible for making sure you have their permission to add their information.

4. Subscriptions and billing

PT accounts are billed on a subscription basis through Stripe, on the plan and interval shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing page — your account stays active until the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and we don't provide refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use PT2C for anything unlawful, to attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, or to use it to store or share content you don't have the right to share.

6. Disclaimers

PT2C is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in PT2C constitutes medical or professional fitness advice — exercises, programmes, and recommendations are the responsibility of the PT who created them, and are followed at the client's own risk. Always consult a doctor before starting a new exercise programme.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PT2C's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business, arising from your use of PT2C.

8. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you and your clients put into PT2C. How we handle that data is described in our Privacy Policy.

9. Termination

You can stop using PT2C and cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used unlawfully or abusively.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know via the app or by email. Continuing to use PT2C after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be handled by the courts of England and Wales.
